Working Through Grief Workshop
This class will help you get in touch with any feelings of grief you may be carrying…Grief is over any loss it can be the loss of a loved one to death, the loss of a loved one by divorce, the loss of a pet, a job, a dream, loss of trust in someone, loss of a significant relationship, let’s explore together the feelings that grief creates. You will learn how to identify and move through the feelings of grief that may have you stuck. You will see ways to cope and move forward in your healing…
